Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process and ship. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Orders over $99 ship free.

Orders under $99 ship for a flat fee of $14.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Fern is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information.

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, delivery times and delays are unfortunately outside of our control. We will always help however we can if an issue comes up.

Right now, we only ship within the continental United States. We hope to expand shipping locations in the future.

RETURNS

Yes, return policies are boring, but safe body jewelry rules are serious.

Because piercing jewelry is considered a personal item and comes into contact with the body, all jewelry sales are final and non refundable.

Please double check sizing before placing your order. Jewelry sizing is anatomy dependent, and we cannot guarantee fit.

All jewelry arrives in a sealed package. We ask that you inspect the item through the sealed packaging before opening.

We cannot accept returns or send replacements for items that have been opened, worn, or removed from their sealed packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the unopened sealed package and item so we can help make it right.

Fern is not responsible for incorrect sizing ordered by the customer or for damage caused during insertion, removal, or improper jewelry use.
